The Bourbon Float
6 oz. A&W Root Beer
2 shots of Jim Beam Bourbon
1 ½ cups Haagen Daas Vanilla Bean Ice Cream
Jordan loves dessert. Scott loves drinking. Meet halfway with our signature Bourbon Float, a delightfully simple dessert drink that takes seconds to prepare, minutes to enjoy.
Step One: Mix two shots Bourbon w/ 6 oz. of root beer. We’re partrial to Jim Beam and A&W.
Step Two: Scoop 1 and ½ cups Vanilla Bean Ice Cream into a mug or mason jar, because it’s cooler than a cup. If you have your act together, frost that mug ahead of time.
Step Three: Pour the mixed Bourbon and Root Beer over the Ice Cream.
